Job Description
Nicholas Associates is working in Partnership with a leading Corporate Finance Organisation who are seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join their existing team on a Permanent basis.
The opportunity is ideal for an individual who is looking to develop their own Corporate Finance knowledge, experience and commercial awareness. The Firm is a leader in the services that they provide across a range of industry sectors - from SME to Corporate's. It would especially suit a Graduate who is seeking to establish themselves within this sector.
A typical project that you could be working on include: Strategic reviews/business planning, transaction advisory roles, finance raising exercises and other client based projects. You will play an integral part of each project's team and this role offers tremendous scope for development and achievement in your career.
The main duties of the role include Financial Analysis and Modelling, where you will be analysing management and financial accounts, producing reports and commentary and preparing financial models. You will also be producing strategic plans and funding documents and managing client files.
Experience required:
Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA as a minimum)
Excellent IT Knowledge/Skills - Excel, Word, Powerpoint - you will be devising complex financial models, so Excel experience is an essential
Good Personal skills - it is essential that you can present yourself expertly at Senior Board Level - Confidence is essential!
Top level Organisation skills and time management/prioritisation - you will be expected to work on a number of projects at one time and deliver results across the board
